I was indicated by a friend from inside, then I did a interview with HR personnel, then with the management team, then with the partner in place.
The job interview process can be lengthy. Being interviewed once and getting a job offer is typically a thing of the past. Today, many companies have an involved interview process starting with screening interviews, followed by in-person interviews, second interviews and even third interviews.

The usual, what have you been doing, whant do you want for the future, can you deliver the expected from you?
Lengthy interesting to meet the team and understand more about the business model. The first interview was easy but the second was more difficult. It was helpful to have the background knowledge from glass door

Interview
Behavioral primarily. Questions were geared toward previous experience and how you work in teams. Some questions were asked on technical experience, but not the primary focus. First interview was over the phone with the recruiter, then four interviews in-person at the office. Very good structure, quick turnaround time. Received offer in three days.
