EPAM Systems Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was explained to be like 4 rounds. 1. Technical coding 2. Technical Java 3. Managerial 4. Client They took 2 tech rounds, took 3rd round F2F. again said we got confused so scheduled again managerial round and asked streams API Qs a bit tricky considering exact syntax. and gave feedback that you are not suitable for senior role but a level less. just ghosting.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very supportive, offering hints when I was stuck and giving helpful suggestions for the next round, which made the experience more comfortable and informative.
