I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Jan 2026
Interview
One of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. The interviewer focused mostly on generic, Google-level questions and deep internal implementation details of existing APIs.
During the interview, I was asked to keep my hands visible and even adjust my chair, as the interviewer seemed to suspect I was using external tools. This felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Overall, the interview process lacked professionalism and did not reflect a respectful or fair evaluation of skills.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Hyderâbâd) in Nov 2025
Interview
One round, Basic Theoretical Questions, followed by 2 DSA programs. They want you to cheat in theory as no one remembers the release notes of a programming language. DSA Questions should be clean and optimized, but do not share your approach, just start writing or the interviewer will be offended.

Question 1
Which Java version have What Features.
When was sealed classes introduced
It was a fluent process, a call with HR, two technical interviews and a final call with the manager. Technical interviews consist of verbal questions and online coding assignments. Assignments and questions were average.
