EPAM Systems Senior Software Engineer interview questions

One of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. The interviewer focused mostly on generic, Google-level questions and deep internal implementation details of existing APIs. During the interview, I was asked to keep my hands visible and even adjust my chair, as the interviewer seemed to suspect I was using external tools. This felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, the interview process lacked professionalism and did not reflect a respectful or fair evaluation of skills.
