Submitted my resume through their website. Quickly contacted by recruiter to talk. They asked me some very basic clarifying questions to make sure I was a developer and could work remote. Everything went well at first.
Stopped hearing back from them. Followed up a few days later to thank them again for their time. Received no feedback or rejection at all. Completely ghosted.
it was a walk-in, containing 2 rounds. 2nd round took time to start. if we reach early and complete the 1st assessment, then we will get early chance to attend the rounds.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Oct 2025
Interview
For an Technical Project Manager there were 4 rounds.
First Round - Pure Technical one hour
Second Round- Pure Technical one hour
Third Round - Pure Technical one hour
Fourth Round - Delivery Manger Round Pure Technical one hour .
So finally you expect to be offered the role but no they rejected saying they need more technical people.
what was left in first 3 rounds if someone is not technical how were those rounds cleared?
And if someone has cleared everything why give vague ways to reject candidate.
If you need a manager conduct accordingly but if you need an architect then dont mention Manager in the JD
