EPAM Systems interview questions

Cleared 3 technical interview rounds and was initially informed that I would be considered for a Technical Lead role managing a team of 5. However, after the interviews, the recruitment process became unclear and prolonged. The offered grade and CTC were revised downward multiple times despite earlier discussions. Several additional discussions and interviews were scheduled, including a client round for technologies outside my 10+ years of core experience. The communication was inconsistent, with frequent delays in responses and changing expectations. Overall, the experience felt unstructured and resulted in significant time investment without transparency regarding the final hiring decision and compensation.

There are 3 rounds 1.coding assessment 2.Face2 Face techical round 3. Technomanager round very bad process dont apply for this organisation not given me proper feedback they are not hiring just did the candidates time waste ask candidates to come office and from morning to till evening they kept candidate to wait very bad process
