Interview
There were total 3 rounds. First one was about 1.5 hours and the next 2 we're about 1 hour. They asked me a lot of questions and I described them pretty well. All 3 were technical rounds with a lot of coding problems. After that the recruiter said my score is very good but they didn't hear from the upper management for my status. It's still put on hold. So I suggest if you are asking higher salary don't waste your time in the interview process with epam. If you can't pay what I am asking then why do you even call for interview?
Very light interview with several phases:
- Introduction with hr
- Behavioural
- Technical
Behaviour interview very close to amazon, but it very depends from client. EPAM - outsource company with different clients
Technical interview - Kubernetes, python, trivial coding tasks - just use leetcode for prepare, design and architecture

multiple rounds of technical and behavior ones. Moderate complexity. One can clear if one prepares well using practice tests and refer to common programming problems on internet. Regular practice is needed though. practice with friends on mock scenarios.

It is exhausting and overkill. They ask you tings that you end up nor using. Even the interviewer does not know. Whuen you joined you realuzed irt was not neccessary
