I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EDF (Paris) in Apr 2012
Interview
Its a classic process, I met first an external company for a personality and quiz test.
Then I met the chief of the department and then the chief of the research and development department. You can also meet your future direct manager with the project manager, but I didn't because I did my internship in the company before they proposed me a job.

Question 1
If I want to stay in research or would like to go in other department of the company
45 minute interview with the hiring manager. Behavioural and experience-based questions. Zero technical focus, which was surprising given that the role was for a research engineer. No feedback given, which was very disappointing.
