Applied for the trainee role originally, was then told to interview for another role which I might have suited better (turned out I wasnt qualified enough). That involved a teams call for the other role. I attended an assessment centre for the trainee role soon after. Very easy assessment and interview. I found it shocking how little engineering knowledge you needed to get an interview, as most of the other interviees had none. Assessment centre consisted of a 30 min interview, short written physics based multiple choice test, and an incredibly easy practical task.
