I applied through job teaser website and after applying my application was pre-selected after couple of weeks after applying and then internship was schedule on phone interview. The answer of the interview was given next week

Tell me about yourself, past experience, motivation for applying internship topic
mainly motivation questions about your undestanding of the post some easy questions about the energy sector other questions about your resume (very important to know each word you put in the resume)
After an application form, invited to do psychometric tests and then a video interview. Feedback is provided if requested but does not seem to be accurate or useful for future applications
