I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EDF (San Diego, CA) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online and was contacted about a month after for an initial phone interview with the Hiring Manager, basic questions going over my resume and how my experience would relate to the role. About 2 weeks later, I was contacted by HR to set up an onsite interview with the team. I met one on one with HR, then a manager from another department and lastly a panel interview with the Hiring Manager and team members from the department. The panel interview consisted of the team asking me questions, mostly behavioural to see if I would be a good fit. Overall an ok interview experience. No feedback was provided post onsite interview which is the only flipside.
