I applied in-person. I interviewed at DriveTime Automotive Group (Charleston, SC) in Jan 2025
Interview
2 stage interview - qualification review for the first, office approval second. I had a strong background and they were very transparent with the needs for the position. The process was relatively laid back and the manager was very personable and ran a tight ship.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DriveTime Automotive Group
Interview
Initial interviewer was over half an hour late with no communication, so that was a good first impression. Actual technical interview was easy but didn’t get an offer and had no feedback. Do not recommend

I interviewed at DriveTime Automotive Group (Austin, TX)
Interview
Starts off with a recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn, then schedules a Karat interview which is live coding and problem solving. Then it’s a 30 minute with director, then a panel interview. They don’t practice scrum, so interviewer took responses as negative for agile terms.
ghosted completely and email correspondence was not used. red flag. I suspect this was a ghost job because i did not fill out an application
