There are only two processes since I went through a staffing agency. I think that's the easier way to get in the company but the traditional way isn't impossible too. Also they're always doing referral

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DriveTime Automotive Group (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn then was contacted by a recruiter a few days later to schedule a phone screen. Different but helpful, the email contained a Calendly schedule invite for not only herself but a colleague as well so that I could decide whose schedule fit best which just so happened to be the original contact. The call was very quick & direct. Although I was very much qualified for the position I applied to, the recruiter stopped me as I provided details regarding my past experience & suggested I may be better for some other roles her colleague focuses on. She didn’t seem to have any intentions on actually interviewing for the role I applied for. However, I thanked her for her honesty/suggestion so as to not waste my time granted she did that anyhow. She stated she would immediately reach out to the recruiter & get a time set up for us to connect. Ironically, the other coworker she suggested was also the other person in her original email. Ultimately, I never heard back. As others have stated, DriveTime provides ZERO follow-up & you're lucky if you get anywhere with them. The only thing I got about 2 weeks later was the overused rejection email for a position I didn’t even apply for. It was in fact the position the recruiter SUGGESTED not the one I directly applied to which means she submitted me to a role I didn’t know anything about.

It is important that all candidates have a positive interview experience regardless of offer status. We appreciate your feedback and will be passing this along to our Talent Acquisition team.
