I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DriveTime Automotive Group (Glendale, AZ) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online on a Thursday and was called about the application the next day. We talked briefly and set up a date for the actual interview for the following Friday. I ended up calling the recruiter and moving the interview up for a day. They let me know by the next day that I was hired (but for a different position).

Question 1
The interview was mostly about getting to know who I was. But the one question that stood out was whether or not I ever had a difficult customer who just wanted to walk away and what if anything did I do to make the "sale"?

Interview
Very straight forward and fun. I think they have a good culture and working environment. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I met with the sales manager and general manager.
