Phone interview with recruiter went well. Had a virtual interview next. Was supposed to be followed by a panel interview. There seems to be a gap in what they actually wanted versus what was posted.

Simple hr screening, very nice, not difficult. Standard questions were asked. Pay range offered lower than median for title of job. Interview process moved very fast and seemed rushed. Overall a good experience

The interview process was long and drawn out. I commuted over an hour to Tempe, twice, for 3 hour interviews. Once I was there, it was back to back meetings with each of tge team members.
