It's a panel interview, approximately 4 people. They each take turns asking pretty standard questions like tell me about a time when... Everyone was pretty laid back but professional. The interview wasn't hard just a bit nerve wrecking with the panel.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dow (Lake Jackson, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
It’s a three person panel asking questions about your previous work history. Also questions about your schooling and your take on safety. You want to bring up safety as much as possible. Telling them how much safety is important to you. Dow mostly hire people fresh from school and when they ask why should they hire you tell them no experience can also be a plus by having no preconceived ways about the job and having the ability to let Dow Train you the right way. The safe way, Dow thinks an operator should be trained.
