Dow Process Engineer interview questions

Got the job through my internship. There was no additional interview required. The interview I had done for my internship was the last interview I had done before I got the job.

Very professional Quick and responsive Didn't keep us hanging to know the interview outcome Polite and welcoming Candidates were treated with respect Interviewers were polite and warm Good engagement with the interviewers Encouraging and non-judgemental There were three rounds - phone interview, technical session, session with HR and resource leader. The latter two sessions happened on the same day. Outcome was informed to me within two hours of interview completion.
