Dow Operator interview questions

Odd, dumb people doing the interview with less knowledge than me. I applied online and got an interview with very dull and stupid people and got the job. I would not work for Dow it sucks unless you want to kiss butt the rest of your life.

I applies online for a position as an technician. I was invited to the location to do an assessment. The assessment was long but ok.I passed the assessment and was later invited to do an online phone interview. The interviewer was a third party one and asked questions such as " describe when you had to overcome some dispute working in a group". I am not really the biggest fan of interviews over the phone and with third parties as they just listen and take notes so therefore its non conversational.You get to talk and talk and might just say the odd thing that void the entire interview.I thought i did OK but i didn't receive an invitation for an onsite interview as I recieved an email telling me that "they are considering someone else".I am very intelligent, hard working and cooperative but yet was turned down because of my so called background not fitting the position.I would have been a good candidate but it was a good learning experience.
