Domino's Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

I was not given an interview because of how short staffed we are. I still have many questions I haven't gotten answered. Because of the lack of interviews in the beginning we got some people who did not work and were not fired, they ended up quitting. They are now doing interviews but I don't know what they are like now.
