I walked in and asked a former manager if I could come back and work for the company. She called her boss and had him meet me at the store the very next day. The District Manager asked me a few questions and gave me the job on the spot.

What prompted the decision to attempt to come back?
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
