I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Domino's (Cincinnati, OH) in Jul 2014
Interview
There was no process of interviewing. The process was pretty much the warm body and clean driving record. there was no real process to speak of just a promise to adhere to your set schedule and not call off from work. I got the impression that I should have been a friend or a family member. There was no process of long drawn out interviewing. This pizza delivery pure and simple. I was not impressed that the company has no formal interview process, only an orientation that is a part of the hiring process because the location I went to was very difficult to find.I found that the lack of the process was somewhat surprising, but not shocking ;after all it's pizza delivery.
Other Pizza Delivery Driver Interview Reviews for Domino's
Easy and straightforward. They didn't ask me much, just wanted to make sure that I was a reliable person and driver. Manager was kind and accommodating. Would recommend others to try and interview here.
walked in and dropped off a resume, got a call back later that week went in again and started working that night. not hard. pretty straightforward if you're not smooth-brained
Relaxed atmosphere interview with only a few questions about my past experience, motivation, and goals. The whole procedure lasted approximately around 15 minutes. The manager seemed nice. Often experience with delivery is not required.
