I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Domino's (Kendal, Angleterre) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was already an instore worker when I applied for the shift manager job so I knew all about working for the company and how it was run. This meant the interview was more of a formality but was still very formal.
Great interview process. The interviewer was nice and friendly and the whole process didn’t take too long. They asked only appropriate questions and told me the final decision at the end.
