Deutsche Bank Learning & Development Expert interview questions

Initial contact and phone interview was comfortable. Then came a second phone interview from the hiring manager. Then came the face to face interview with hiring manager and HR manager. After that came weeks of silence. Upon follow up contact was told was still a candidate but looking at other candidates based on experience noted from my face to face interview. It has been silence silence since then and never a letter sent out.
