Interview
Submitted my application. Received an email back saying I would hear from them with a response within a week. That was in November 2022. It’s now been over two months. Not a great candidate experience. A simple rejection email could have improved the experience significantly.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Designit
Interview
After applying, I had an initial 30min call with the in-house recruiter, followed by a call with head of ops the following week, then another call with the in-house recruiter, and a call with the team the week after, followed by another call with the in-house recruiter, and a final call with a senior stakeholder, by which point I had already accepted another role. The interview process, although very transparent with great communication, felt very long and tiring. The check-in's after each round felt a little unnecessary, and the feedback felt a little disjointed to the experience I had had. Ultimately, I didn't feel the excitement from the team or the process that I needed to continue with my application.

Question 1
In this post-covid world, how do you ensure a strong team culture with hybrid working? (most of the team wfh the majority of the time)
The interview process was great and my recruiter was very attentive. They helped me throughout the process and made sure I was prepped for each stage of the interview process.
