Deloitte Tax Associate interview questions

It was the standard on campus interview mostly dealing with background and generally see how you handle a social conversation. I got along great with the partner interviewing me and he even told me on the way out "Don't worry. You did great and said all the right things." Then a little over a week later I got an email telling me I didn't make it to the next round. I'm perplexed to say the least. If he was going to pay the usual "We'll call you" lip service he could have just done that and not gone as far with his compliments as he did. So I can only assume there was something else in play that I don't know about...

There were around 5 rounds of different skills test.Difficulty level was moderate and not too easy or too tough.I got stuck in the Microsoft Excel 2007 test,because I had a working knowledge of Excel-2003,they asked very silly questions.
