I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
I went for a job interview at Deloitte's development arm that builds solution for clients of their consulting business.
They deal with a steady flow of very varied problems, as you would expect for a consulting business.
The interview process was good and fast paced: I spoke with developers, project managers, client account managers and more developers.
They quizzed me on both technical details as well as big picture items. This was great because the bigger picture questions gave me a bit of a breather between the minutae that were asked.
We did both paper-based algorithm questions as well as two actual coding exercises, where I had to transform some data structures and implement some methods on an interface.
There were a lot of questions about team orientation (I'm a senior developer), so we delved into this at length. A lot about project planning, sprint planning, etc.
Fun day, all in all!
4 interviews. They didn't make me an offer because they changed their mind in hiring new developers. The technical interview was not really hard (junior position). I felt nice during the interview process
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Attikí) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process for the Junior Software Engineer role was comprehensive and included resume screening, technical phone and coding assessments, on-site or virtual interviews, behavioral evaluations, technical assessments, and offer negotiations, allowing for a thorough assessment of technical skills and cultural alignment from a candidate's perspective.
