Company venue is good.Interview procedure is very employee friendly though there were many candidates for interview but delloitte employee made it very smooth.
They have shown us deloiite videos,success stories.
Good process followed to lower down stress of candidates.

The hiring process comprises of 4 rounds:
1. Telephonic Technical Round
2. F2F Technical Round
3. Versant Round
4. Managerial Round
5. HR Round
First round will be somewhat like rapid fire. They will be searching for keywords if you know or not. Basic questions. Second Round will be more in detail. What is it that you did. Why this architecture why not other. What was the methodology. Design Patterns. OOPS concept in detail. Scenarios between base class and child class. Versant will be easy only. They check the communication part. You speak well and you understand well. Managerial will consist of questions like what is the complex part you implemented and how you did it. And then HR will negotiate the salary.

They read each line in your resume. Know everything that you have written. They don't care if you are strong or weak. You have mentioned means you gotto know it.

I was called for an interview through a reference. There were 2 people at first for the technical round. Questions were asked on programming and database concepts. Most questions were on the projects I have done and most of them were very hard.
