I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2024
Interview
I think its a pretty standard consulting interview process: spoke with senior consultant, the partner and then had a panel interview.
Panel interview was a bit odd, case study was required but with no consulting background I wasn't clear on exactly what they were looking for.
The main downside was the communication - though I didn't expect to get an offer, I heard nothing from them after the interview and had to reach out 2 weeks afterwards for an update.
Really long process; after a verbal offer, I got ghosted and now the offer is rescinded because my expected salary is higher than that of another candidate:) Very disappointing and discouring experience
I interviewed at Deloitte (Manchester, Angleterre)
Interview
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
