I got call through referral for interview in Deloitte.I reached till Managerial Round which was the 3rd round. They took interval of one month for each round, so from 3 months my recruitment was going on. After my Managerial Round it has been 1 month passed away, I didn't receive any mail from them, I sent an email to my POC even he didn't reply. I came to know about my rejection through my Referrer. This is the Recruitment structure of reputed Big Firm and this the second time Deloitte have done this kind of behaviour. They don't have the courtesy to send a formal rejection/ confirmation email to the candidate and that too taking 1-1 month of interval of time for each round.
