The interview process started at 2pm and went on till 2am :( they went too slow at d start and started selecting people in a lackadaisical manner at the end. I didn't even get a chance to show my technical skills as the interviewer asked me only non technical topic and then rejected me

1) technical 2) technical 3) hr after HR they told me that they will call me for Managerial because Manager went out and its already 5:00 p.m but such a Horrible HR policy they didn't call me. They all are play with job seekers talent. Does not really matter for them we all were waiting from 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m to clear all the round. really does not matter for them. Horrible HR they are. I waste my time that day. The interview all the round were very easy for me. I have easily cracked all the round. And I also believe if they will take my managerial I will definitely crack that round also. But they did not call me. What kind of behavior is this I really don't know.
