I had a great experience talking to the recruiter and learning about the various opportunities to work at Dell and its consulting organization. The recruiter was informative and provided valuable insights into the roles and the company's culture. It took one week for the entire process. Screening + Technical Interview Level 1 + Technical Interview Level 2 + HR rounds. Most of the L2 questions were behavioural and management related.
