Great onboarding process. Phone interview went over basics like why would I consider Dell, why am I considering the other company. Then went over my qualifications and then some of what is expected in the new position. Nothing earth shattering here.

At the time of the onsite interview I was asked if I considered myself influential and do I normally get my way? Follow up "What happens if you don't get your way?"
