The process was long, like 2 months.
First the is a quick chat with a HR (the girl that I end up with was very nice), then you should do an interview with an external company specialised in screening interview call Karat, this was quite annoying because they were more focused on getting the code compile that understand what you are doing.
With them you have an hour interview: 5 theoretical questions and an "code a solution" part.
If you pass it you have a home assignment (it's easy, it should take up to 3 hours) and a pair programming interview of an hour to discussing it.
At this point you should have a "cultural fit" interview and a "system design" one, they are straightforward and everyone was very nice with me, it was more a discussion between equals than an interview.
HR was always nice even if I talk to 2-3 different people during the process.
I declined the office because there were 2-3 red flags of "not professional" things that bother me, the notice period I think it's crazy (1 month during probation and 3 months after that), but it was a good salary package. they offer benefits too, even if they're not paying for them but they offer me to take them out to my gross salary to pay less taxes.
