Deliveroo Strategy Manager (Restaurants) interview questions

This was one of my worst experiences. After being a personal referral I was asked to do a huge presentation. I cancelled my weekend plans, spent days on it and took half a day off work. I thought the interview went well - 3 weeks after interview I still hadn’t heard back. I sent an email to the hiring manager = nothing (pretty poor from a Head of), emailed the other person in the room = nothing. This got extremely awkward as my personal referral asked me how it went and saying ‘I’ve heard nothing’ when he knew the hiring manager so well was uncomfortable. I never heard back, after DAYS of work, even a ‘no’ email would have been nice. I used to order 5+ Deliveroos a week and now we have changed as felt so disappointed with the process. Leaving someone hanging like that really is cruel. I have interviewed with and been offered a role with a competitor since and the experience was 10XS more professional
