Three candidates in four round robin interviews - all in the same room. Divided into situational, logical processing, knowledge of the company/competition and CV review. A group assessment then followed, which I had expected to be solving a problem together but this was not the case. In the situation the assessors were neanderthals, and we were each given an everyday object and had to pitch our item to the assessors as they were only allowed to 'take one back into the forest'. We were then questioned. This was followed by food and general questions. A very intense atmosphere but enjoyable.
