Several stages. Recruiter screen then loop with hiring manager and stakeholders. General motivation and competency questions - lots of similar questions really. Was combination of zoom and in person interviews with people in the business

Worst interview experience ever. Couldn't believe that it was an interview hosted by an HR professional.
It was my second interview. The interviewer was late for the video call and was so unprepared that she had no idea which position she was interviewing for. She spent most of the time boasting about her knowledge and experience and kept interrupting when I talked.
When I asked her about the most challenging part of her job, she told me "none". Interesting.
