Interview
The interview process had two phases. First, I was interviewed by the Manager of the Department for which I applied to. And the next part, was with the Director of the entire store. The atmosphere was relaxed and it was more like a dialog. They want to get a grasp of your personality and if you fit their energetic environment.

The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
