There are four rounds. 1st is Group Discussion 2nd is Hr round Then final round with hr or manager. Then they select the candidate.Decathlon is a good company they have a good image in the market.

It consisted in very basic questions, the tipical type of interview, it was casual and simple, not complex and did not cause stress. I felt confortable even though they made it seem like it would be completely easy and sure that I would get the job and I did not
