Question 1
my favourite sport
why am i applying
how much time minimum time i'm willing to spend
My first job was at the Corktree retail park location in Chingford and the interview process was accommodating, I was 16 at the time so while they didn't ask much about prior experience, they framed their questions around challenges solved in school and what stood out to me about the environment, getting me to think like someone who may be working there and how things could e.g, be improved.

What are the new strategies we have. our original ideas.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Decathlon (Londres, Angleterre) in Aug 2025
Interview
At the start of the interview, managers said to treat it as a conversation rather a formal interview. They introduced themselves, emphasising on their sports background and why the are passionate about working for the company. Then they ask you what type of person you are, what are your sport interest, very general. Then they ask you if you have experience working in this sort of environment. Very calm and relaxed interview.
