Interview
Overall process consisted 3 calls, first two were with the director and the last one was with engineering manager. I found question during the interview too personal. In an ideal setting, I would expect HR to be the first point of contact, but this wasnt the case here. Director was super nice though, that was the positive side of the whole process. Overall, not a very professional tech environment.

Entretien et tests bien déroulés pendant toute une matinée.
9 mois pour avoir un retour... Et un retour positif. J'étais déjà en poste à ce moment là. Salaire proposé en dessous du marché.
Premier entretien RH pour présenter le processus de recrutement. Très pro et sympa. Second entretien en physique avec le manager mais aucun retour ensuite. Totalement contraire à la politique présentée par la RH. No comment

Entretien RH assez décevant, j’avais l’impression qu’il ne m’écoute pas et que il n’avait pas envie d’être là. Après l’entretien il m’a envoyé par e-mail une offre que selon lui devait me correspondre, en réalité ça n’avait rien à voir avec moi, je ne lui ai même pas répondu. Une perte de temps.
