The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

I got contacted by phone after I sent my CV a few months before. I went to the store's office, where I had a brief interview with the department's responsible (no HR manager). Very easy questions, like are you a sport enthusiast? are you willing to work on weekends?
