Decathlon Department Manager interview questions

The HR was quite friendly, she firstly ask me to introduce myself, and then she will ask about the reasons that you wanna join, why do you think you will be a good fit. No work visa provided.

The interview consisted of 3 steps. A first informal chat to hear my rate of interest in the position and company. A second chat with a Regional Recruiter and another Store Department Manager in order to test my skills. No particular real-life case study was shown. My third interview included a Recruiter and the future Store Manager of the location that was about to open three months later. They asked about my previous experiences and tested my leadership skills, once again during a quite informal conversation.
