I wish I would have read some of these reviews before applying. I applied for the Training Specialist, Sr. role. I went through final interviews and then never heard anything for over a month, despite reaching out. The first round was with the hiring manager- went well but then she went on vacation for over a week before giving feedback to the recruiter. So I waited almost two weeks to find out if I advanced. The recruiter seemed annoyed which made me second guess the culture there. The second (final) round was with 3 people from the team. One guy showed up (virtually) slouched in front of the computer with his head propped up in his hand. Could not have looked more uninterested. He actually laughed at me when I asked a question about the company. Then, I gave my answers and this slouchy guy started to ask me questions that undermined my answers, and made inaccurate assumptions about my experience. I felt defensive but wanted to remain professional. I tried to answer his challenges, but I knew I wouldn't be getting an offer based on this. I didn't even want one if I had to work with this guy. As I waited 4 weeks for an answer on my final round interview the job was reposted. If you're reading this, just do not expect a professional experience. Also, they require this position to be in office however the hiring manager lives in Florida half the year and everyone else I interviewed with was remote.
