Cummins Software Engineer interview questions

Interview process was really smooth. I think this is one of the companies that pays beyond "lip service" to the concept of diversity. People here are generally nice and want to hear your perspective.

They are conducting fake interviews. They would interview candidates even though they do not have approvals for the position. Basically after interview they would never come back even if you get through all the rounds. It was my worst experience with this organization.
