It was a pretty ok interview process. They seemed pretty receptive to my answers but I am not sure what exactly they were looking for. In the end they said that they would inform me in a week about the next steps, but did not follow-up at all.

Got an email from a recruiter to stop by their booth at a career fair. Met the recruiter at the fair and got an interview for the next day. Received full time offer on the same day and accepted it. Process took 2 days.

I first had a phone interview with HR and then a technical interview from one of the technical team leaders a few weeks later. I was given an offer on the spot after the interview
