They contacted me after my schools job fair and gave me an onsite interview. The process took two days. It was a basic behavioral interview with some questions about how I handle diversity.

Interview
Submitted resume at career fair and on the careers website. Got a behavioral interview call after 4 months.
Behavioral Interview Questions:
1. Tell me about yourself. (Give your elevator speech.)
2. Give example of a situation where you were in a difficult situation and how you came out of it.
3. Give example of a situation where you worked in a team.
4. What, in your opinion, is/are your weaknesses?
Got a technical interview call 1.5 months after the above interview.
Technical Interview Questions:
1. Tell me about your background and interests.
2. What is the first law of thermodynamics?
3. What is entropy?
I was asked if I preferred an internship in a slightly different area of interest than mine. I said I would prefer my area of interest. If not, then I am fine with the other one as well.
Got a call another month later with an internship position in my area of interest. Said yes and had an awesome learning experience.

Interview
Applied Online, Process took 3 months to get a call, had a call with a recruiter which asked all the basic behavioral questions and i think i responded all fine. He said he will get back to me, but in reality they never did. Company does'nt have any courtesy to reach out even if there is a denial. Waited more than a month, as it was my dream job, followed up with the recruiter but no luck. Too arrogant and rude people.
