I received an email for a basic Q&A with Cummins representatives and soon after was asked back for an interview. This interview was conducted by a local Cummins representative. I received an email 3 weeks later informing me I had made it to the final round of the interviews and Cummins paid for my flight, hotel and rental car for the interview. The final interview consisted of 3 parts, back to back interviews, followed by a Q&A with previous Cummins interns followed by another Q&A however this time featuring a high level member of staff who gave us more information on Cummins such as the background and marketing strategies. Lunch was then provided and then the final segment of the interview included a tour of their local Cummins Plants.
