Interview
Consisted of a behavioral interview. Standard questions pertaining to resume and personal qualities. Things like strengths and weaknesses, challenges overcome, and other personality type questions. We also spent some time discussing the company, future expectations for the company, growth, etc. The interviewer was very friendly and personable and I have a positive perception of the company and the work environment.

Submitted an online application after being contacted by a college recruiter. After a couple weeks I was contacted for a behavioral screening interview, then after passing this I was contacted for a technical interview with a hiring manager.
