Telephonic with hiring manager. Courteous and inquisitive. Wanted to know more about my past work experience , family members , liability. Was interested to know about any potential road blocks for a cross border move. My experience with the manufacturing industry.
First phase was internal application and screening interview with recruiter. Second phase were rounds of interviews with multiple stakeholders, heavy on questions aiming to confirm experience on the expertise and skills required for the position per job description, asking for actual examples.
