- Two phone interviews (not near a location) so they did both interviews over the phone
- Tough questions but manageable
- A lot of application questions - when was a time that you felt challenged, worked with people that did not agree with you or have the same morals, etc.

Question 1
When was a time you felt challenged and how did you overcome the challenge
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Daventry, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Online assessments, numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning etc. Then called back for phonecall. Following this, a skype interview was conducted where i gave a presentation then answered a mix of technical and skill based questions.
