Face to face, one-on-one interview. First round was a typical behavioral interview. It lasted for around 40 minutes or could have been lesser.Eye contact, confidence in explaining projects and previous work experience is expected.

Interview
I got a call at the day of the career fair about setting up an interview a week later. The first round interview is behavioral based, The recruiter record everything you have said and send those notes to the hiring manager. It is one week later I am still waiting for any call or email to notify me about the second round interview, hope i will get one.

Interview
Online Application which led to phone interviews, in-person interviews, constant communication via emails. Very great place to work. Interviewers are professional and looking for talent. The talent scouts are who first contact you upon making the selection process for internship. After their evaluation a follow up interview is conducted after which a decision would be made on if you're a fit for the position.
